After that, you’re free to cancel any time with 30 days’ notice – no long-term commitments or hidden fees.

Development time is a set number of hours included in your package for making changes to your website. Basic and Plus packages include 30 minutes per month, while the WooCommerce package includes 60 minutes. This time can be used for various small changes, which might include updating text, changing images, adjusting button colours, or updating contact information.

These are just examples – the actual work covered will depend on the complexity and time required.

If you use all your included development time in a month, or if the changes you need require more time than your package includes, you have two options:

a) Purchase a block of development hours that never expire, which you can use anytime.
b) Wait until the start of the next month when your included time refreshes.

It’s important to note that unused development time doesn’t roll over to the next month – it refreshes at the start of each month. We’ll always advise you if a requested change is likely to exceed your included development time and will require additional purchased development hours.

Remember, our ongoing support services (like bug fixing, WordPress updates etc.) are always included and are separate from this development time.

You can change or cancel your plan at any time through your user portal. For cancellations, we ask for 30 days’ notice. This flexibility allows your support to grow with your needs.
